“Top Workplace:” A Tribute to Our Employees

June 16, 2014

We’re proud of the fact that The Urology Group has been selected as one of The Enquirer Media Top Workplaces in Greater Cincinnati for 2014.

First and foremost, this honor reflects the quality and commitment of our doctors and staff. Though our employees work in 16 different locations in the Tri-state, we share the common goal of providing the best urologic care to improve the lives of our patients.

This recognition was based solely on employee feedback in the form of a 22-question survey. To ensure candid responses, our employees were not told beforehand that this survey was for an award, so the positive results are especially gratifying.

In the highly competitive, constantly changing world of health care, we have worked to create and maintain a work environment that provides the best in patient service. We appreciate the efforts of everyone in our organization to accomplish that goal.
