New Doctors Add to Depth of Talent, Bring Fresh Perspectives

The Urology Group increases staff size by three physicians

The Urology Group’s active recruiting approach brings top talent from across the country to the region, along with their new perspective and approaches that ultimately provide better patient care. The hiring of these physicians illustrates the broad spectrum of physician experience necessary for an engaged, vibrant practice.

We have a depth of talent in urologic care unmatched in the region with the most knowledgeable and experienced physicians. It is a pleasure to welcome Drs. Flynn, Larke and Niver to our group. One-third of the member physicians at The Urology Group joined in 2008 or later – nearly all of them under the age of 35. The enthusiasm of young physicians eager to continue building the organization complements the work of the experienced physicians and shines a light on the value of perspective and experience that each brings.

Each of the new physicians joined the practice July 1, bringing the total number of physicians to 39.

• Dr. Ryan Flynn completed his urology residency earlier this year from the University of Toledo Medical Center after graduating from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 2010. He will treat patients in The Urology Group’s Western Hills office.
• Dr. Robert Larke completed his urology residency at the University of Colorado, Denver School of Medicine, where he previously completed his surgery internship. Dr. Larke graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2010. He will treat patients in the Northern Kentucky office.
• Dr. Ben Niver recently completed his residency in urological surgery from the University of Southern California. Dr. Niver graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 2011. He will treat patients in The Urology Group’s Blue Ash office.
